When we start on our new health journey, we always think about changing EVERYTHING in our lifestyle and diet which is a very overwhelming approach. This approach often leads to burn out.
My top tip is: crowd out your worst offenders. For example, if you have a goal to eliminate processed biscuits from your pantry, find a recipe and get baking. By doing this, you have control over the amount of sugar added, portion sizes and eliminate nasty preservatives and additives. You can even easily sneak in superfoods to increase the goodness of your treats! Another example would be – if you want to kick your morning tea/coffee and cake habit, whip up yourself a healthy, nutrition-packed smoothie that is just as tasty!
